: (1) Persons with disabilities shall have the right to participate in important policy making processes affecting persons with disabilities by themselves or through associations and organizations related to them.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the views expressed by persons with disabilities while participating in the policy-making process shall be given due consideration based on relevance.
